Smit Shah was born on 18 January 2002 in Surat, Gujarat, India, into a close-knit Gujarati family. He is the only child of Shreyash Vijaykumar Shah and Purvi Shreyash Shah. Raised in the commercial and entrepreneurial spirit of Surat — historically one of India's most significant trade and textile cities — Shah developed an early fascination with financial markets, technology, and analytical thinking.
Growing up as a single child in a family-oriented Gujarati household, Shah benefited from undivided support and a nurturing environment that encouraged intellectual curiosity across both finance and technology.
